Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. Deliveries will not be made within the UK on UK Bank Holidays.

If you have not received your order within 28 days, please contact us. We regret we are unable to assist with any claims for non-receipt unless reported within this timescale.

Next Working Day Delivery

Orders must be placed by 2 PM (Monday - Friday) in order to qualify. Your order will then be delivered Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered the next working day (Monday).

Please note a signature is required upon delivery for this service.

Express Delivery

UK – up to 2 working days. Most orders will be delivered next working day but this is not guaranteed. If you require next day delivery, please order by 2pm and select ‘Next Working Day Delivery’ at checkout.

Rest of World – up to 4 working days

Standard Delivery

UK - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 3-5 working days

Rest of World - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 4-16 working days

Personalised and School/Club Instant Custom-Fit

As these items are made to order, they have a lead time of 7-10 working days. They will then be dispatched with Standard Delivery. We will dispatch all items within orders that include a school/club design Instant Custom-Fit at the same time.

All orders (Standard & Express) are sent tracked; The courier will send an email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

No, unfortunately it is not currently possible to arrange collection from our warehouse.

As all orders are currently shipped from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. Any additional charges will be shown at the checkout and can be prepaid along with your order.

UK - No, there will be no additional charges including import duty and VAT.

Rest of World – You will be notified of any additional charges at the checkout and will have the option to prepay them along with your order.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

Canada - Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owing based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds. The duty rates vary according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they came or were made in. Depending on the goods or their value, some other taxes may apply, such as excise duty or excise tax on luxury items.

You do not have to pay the GST on the following goods that are imported into Canada by mail:

- goods worth CAN$20 or less; and

- gifts from family members or friends who live abroad when gift is worth is CAN$60 or less.

The Government of Canada has entered into agreements with certain provinces to collect the HST at a rate of 13%. If you live in a participating province, you will have to pay the HST instead of the GST.
